ABAP - Shared Objects

Shared objects are objects in the shared memory. The following classes and interfaces are available for using them:

• CL_ABAP_MEMORY_AREA
  
  Common superclass for all area classes.

• CL_SHM_AREA
  
  Common superclass for all area classes for area handles for area instance versions in the shared objects memory.

• CL_IMODE_AREA
  
  Predefined area class that can be used to process the current internal session like an area instance.

• IF_SHM_BUILD_INSTANCE
  
  This interface must be implemented by the class that is to implement the optional area constructor for an area.
